Founder & Managing Director
Churchill Fellow of 2012
Senior Speech and Language Therapist / Speech Pathologist
Life Coach

In February 2012 Claire was awarded a Winston Churchill Travelling Fellowship to visit Canada and U.S.A. to learn more about how music can be used within speech and language therapy particularly following brain injuries/stroke.  Back in London, Claire now works collaboratively with Music Therapists.

Claire is an experienced Speech & Language Therapist / Speech Pathologist / Life Coach who has worked and travelled in both Australia and the UK (currently based in London).  She has been in specialist roles with both adults and children and provides supervision to other Speech & Language Therapists.

Claire is passionate about her profession.  She gains pleasure from encouraging others to improve to the best of their ability and reach their full potential. This is reflected in her own academic and community service achievements over the years.

Dysphagia (Swallowing Disorders) is one of Claire's speech pathology specialisations and she has worked in hospital and community settings with premature babies through to adults and the elderly.

With a musical background, Claire is interested in exploring the benefits to clients when music therapists join speech therapy sessions (and vice versa).  Claire has attended international music therapy conferences and liaises with a worldwide network of music therapy and speech therapy professionals.

As a choral singer, Claire has gained specialist skills as a voice therapist, working with professional voice users (including teachers, sports coaches, radio announcers, call centre staff and singers).

Claire provides workshops on Vocal Heath to professional voice users.  She is regularly booked for school inset days to support teachers in preventing voice difficulties.
